Jim is our senior sales person. Prior to Landmark Group Jim was with CBS Home selling new construction. He also is a life time entrepreneur and has owned several small businesses. Jim has extensive knowledge in condo projects and was the developer on the Kimball Lots, a condo conversion project in Omaha’s Old Market and the Giovanni Rows, a row house project in Omaha’s Little Italy. Jim specializes in large complex residential real estate transactions as well as commercial sales and leasing. In his spare time Jim is an avid real estate investor and enjoys spending time with his wife Dawn and their two young sons.
